Mirror Mirror

Mirrors are one of Munchie's favourite things at the minute.

This photo was taken at our local Surestart. Regardless of what group we are attending there he always makes his way towards this mirror.

I love the genuine innocent excitement he can find playing with his own reflection. The intrigue at the baby staring back at him.

There is also a large acrylic mirror the babies can lay on and he loves this one too. So much happiness and laughter watching 'the other baby' move.

He is just as excited by mirrors at home. He would happily play peek a boo all day if he could.

Munchie is at such a lovely age at the minute. He will be 7 months old next week and it seems that every day recently has brought with it a new skill or decelopment.

His whole face lights up with happiness when we collect Snaffles from school or when Mr C comes home from work.

Part of me wants him to stay this small scrummy thing for as long as possible but the other part knows that the next few months will bring so many new developments that I can't wait to witness.
